An assistant speaking nicely to a customer means nothing on its own. The appointment has to actually land in the calendar, the order has to actually reach the system, and what the customer said has to get to the right person at the right moment. That is why we build Tel Asistan AI not as a chat robot but as a working tool on a business's phone line.
We work with a small margin for error: an unanswered call loses a sale, an appointment booked at the wrong time leaves a customer waiting at the door, and a misheard order comes back.
So our decisions come from real conversations, not demos. What happens if the customer says their name quickly? What if ten people call at once? What should the assistant say when it meets a question it does not know? Where does the owner see what is going on? We write the answers to those questions into the product.

It asks, it never invents
The assistant never makes up an answer on a topic it does not know. It asks the customer what it did not understand and, if needed, transfers the call to your team.
Talking and recording at once
Appointments and orders are written into your system during the conversation. Nobody on your team has to enter notes afterwards.
Your data is yours
Call recordings and customer details are kept in an isolated area that belongs only to you, and are processed under Turkish data protection law (KVKK).
You stay in control
Every call keeps its recording, transcript and summary in the dashboard. You can follow a live call and take a conversation over with one tap.
