AI outbound calling — reach everyone on your list with your own script.

AI outbound calling means the assistant calls the people on your phone list one by one, speaks to them using the script you define and records the outcome of every conversation. Tel Asistan AI calls your contacts on the days and in the hours you choose — for appointment confirmations, payment and delivery reminders, campaign announcements and voice surveys — and retries anyone it could not reach according to your rules.

How does AI outbound calling work?

You upload your list, write the purpose of the call and the conversation guidance, and set the calling hours. The assistant calls every person on the list, answers their questions and records the outcome. What separates it from automated diallers that play a pre-recorded announcement is that it genuinely holds a conversation.

  • Calls are placed only within the days and the time window you define.
  • Busy or unanswered numbers are retried according to your rules.
  • Anyone who says “call me later” is called back at the time they asked for.
  • Progress is tracked live in the dashboard; a campaign can be paused at any moment.

What does AI outbound calling do? It does not just talk — it finishes the job.

Bulk calling campaigns

It calls everyone on your list one by one with your script; reached, unreachable and completed conversations are shown separately.

Voice surveys and NPS

You define the questions; answers are captured during the call. Response rates, per-question distributions and NPS are reported ready-made.

Confirmations and reminders

Appointment confirmations, payment dates and delivery reminders are handled without assigning staff, and fully logged.

Calls at the right time

You choose the calling days and the time window; when the window closes calls stop, and when it opens they carry on from where they left off.

Next step based on the answer

You segment by answer: for example, start a separate follow-up call campaign for everyone who said they were not satisfied.

Start from your own system

Campaigns and surveys can be started from your own CRM through an open API, and the results flow back into it.

How is AI outbound calling rolled out? Three steps.

  1. 01

    Upload your list

Add the people to be called from an Excel file or through the API; the same number is never called twice.

  2. 02

Set the script and the hours

Write the purpose of the call, what the assistant should say and which days and hours it should call; if you are running a survey, add your questions too.

  3. 03

Start it and watch it live

Calls begin; progress, outcomes and survey answers land in the dashboard immediately. You can pause, add people to the list and resume.

Frequently asked questions about AI outbound calling

Who am I allowed to call — is consent required?

Promotional and campaign calls count as commercial messaging and require the person to have given consent beforehand. In Turkey, where the service operates, this falls under the Message Management System (İYS); similar consent rules apply in most other countries. Calls about an existing transaction — an appointment confirmation or an order update — are informational in nature. We recommend checking the consent status of your list before you start calling.

How do I add the calling list?

By uploading an Excel file, by adding contacts one at a time, or through the open API if you want to start campaigns from your own software. The same number written in different formats (0532… or +90532…) is treated as one person and is never called twice.

What happens if the person asks a question?

The assistant answers from the knowledge base you loaded and stays within the topic you set. On something it does not know it makes nothing up: it records the person's request, schedules a call-back if needed and notifies you.

Can I stop a campaign halfway through?

Yes. When you pause it, no new calls start; the people still waiting are preserved and you resume the campaign from where it stopped. If you cancel it completely, the people who were not called are skipped.

How do I get the voice survey results?

The dashboard shows response and completion rates, the answer distribution for each question and the NPS score in ready-made charts. You can export per-respondent answers in one click, or pull them into your own system through the open API.
