AI call analytics turns every call into a summary you can read and a report you can use.
AI call analytics means transcribing, summarising and classifying phone calls, so you know what was said without listening to the recording. Tel Asistan AI stores the recording, a speaker-separated transcript, a summary, the sentiment and the topic of every inbound and outbound call its assistant handles. It can also send you the summary on WhatsApp or by email as soon as the call ends.

What is AI call analytics?
AI call analytics is a reporting method that transcribes a phone call, summarises the conversation and extracts its topic, its outcome and the customer's sentiment. Unlike a classic phone-system report that only counts calls and minutes, it tells you what was discussed on each call and how it ended.
- The transcript is split into assistant and customer lines, each with a timestamp.
- Summary, sentiment and whether the call reached its goal are ready shortly after the call.
- You define the topic categories; the assistant classifies the call as soon as the topic is clear.
- Recordings play in the dashboard; recording, transcript and summary can be sent to your CRM via the open API.
What does AI call analytics do? It does not just record — it tells you what was said.
Transcript and recording
Play any call's recording in the dashboard; the transcript is laid out like a chat, split into assistant and customer, with a timestamp on every line.
A summary in a few sentences
It states what the customer wanted and how the call ended. You read what happened straight from the call list, without opening the recording.
Sentiment and outcome
Each call is marked with the customer's sentiment (positive, neutral, negative) and whether it reached its goal; the report includes a sentiment distribution chart.
Your own topic categories
Define categories such as “Pricing question”, “Complaint” or “Booking request” per assistant — or describe what you want and get suggestions.
Reports and breakdowns
Total calls, connection rate, average duration, voicemail rate, daily and hourly volume, end-of-call reasons. Click a category bar to list the calls behind it.
The summary comes to you
When a call ends, the summary goes to the people you choose by WhatsApp, email or SMS, switched on separately for inbound and outbound. A category report arrives daily, weekly or monthly by email.
How is AI call analytics rolled out? Three steps.
- 01
Define your topic categories
Enter the topics you want to track for each assistant, with a short description. Describe the kind of categories you need and suggestions are listed first; only the ones you pick are added.
- 02
Choose who gets the summary
Switch summaries on separately for inbound and outbound calls, then pick the recipients and the channel (WhatsApp, email, SMS). Optionally set the period and recipients for the category report.
- 03
Read in the dashboard, push to your systems
The call history holds every call's summary, transcript and recording, and reports update with the selected period. If you use a CRM, the same data flows to it through the open API and real-time notifications (webhooks).

Frequently asked questions about AI call analytics
Which calls are analysed?
Every call that goes through Tel Asistan AI: inbound calls answered by the assistant, outbound calls such as campaigns, reminders and surveys, and voice calls made over WhatsApp. Uploading recordings of calls your team made on a different phone system for analysis is not supported.
How are topic categories assigned, and what if one is wrong?
You define the categories and their descriptions per assistant; the assistant picks one as soon as the topic of the call is clear. A call that fits none of them appears as “unclassified” rather than being forced into a category. To sharpen the classification, refine the category descriptions. WhatsApp conversations can optionally be classified with the same categories; their counts are kept separate from call counts and shown in their own section of the report.
How does the call summary reach me?
In the Notification Centre you switch summaries on separately for inbound and outbound calls; when a call ends, the summary goes to the people you chose by WhatsApp, email or SMS, with the full transcript in the email. In the mobile app you also get a notification for every inbound call with the caller's name, the exact call duration and the summary.
Which language are summaries written in?
Summaries and analysis fields are written in Turkish by default, which is the product's default language. The assistant itself can be set up in English, and can also speak German, French, Spanish and Italian.
Can a call recording be deleted under data protection rules?
Yes. When a person's deletion request is passed to us under KVKK (Turkey's data protection law), the call's recording, transcript and summary are deleted both from the voice infrastructure and from the dashboard; the call also disappears from the customer record and from the previous conversations the assistant remembers. Deletion cannot be undone. Billing records such as duration and cost stay unchanged, because the call did take place.
How is AI call analytics priced?
Recording, transcript, summary and reports come as part of voice calls. Pricing is a monthly plan per channel (voice minutes, WhatsApp and web chat messages), with no commitment, and you can work it out channel by channel on /en/pricing.
